Nortel Symposium Symposium Call Centre Server supervisors event - course content (learning outcomes)
This event will give supervisors of the Symposium call centre the skills required to manage the day-to-day adjustments of their Contact Centre. The course covers versions up to Version 4.
On successful completion of this training the participant will be able to:
- modify the configuration of Symposium to meet changing requirements
- overview of basic scripting to understand the effect it has on the statistical information
- create and manage real-time displays to include Graphical Real-Time Display (GRTD)
- define Standard Reports within the client and schedule them
