Nortel Symposium Symposium Call Centre Server administration training - course content (learning outcomes)
This event will assist the student in configuring and administering the day-to-day system changes required in an evolving business environment. The course covers versions up to Version 4.
On successful completion of this training the participant will be able to:
- install client software and Performance Enhanced Packages (PEPs) on client PCs
- configure the System Management Interface (SMI)
- modify the configuration of Symposium to meet changing requirements
- develop basic scripting skills
- create and manage real-time displays to include Graphical Real-Time Displays (GRTD)
- define standard reports within the client and schedule them
- schedule Symposium server back-ups to tape
