Nortel Meridian C2 training for call centre administrators/supervisors - course content (learning outcomes)


Using the Meridian Supervisor Terminal the delegate will be able to read and understand the real-time screen, read/produce the standard historical repors and make ad hoc changes. The course covers release numbers up to Release 25.

On successful completion of this course the participant will be able to:

  • view real-time display and understand the information it provides
  • make changes to the Call Centre using Load Management commands
Course content:
  • ACD Queue Statistics Display
  • running ad hoc reports
  • running standard reports (four types)
  • moving agents between queues
  • changing queue parameters
  • scheduling reports
The course duration is half-a-day.
Prerequisite knowledge: delegates should have PC awareness and understand the concepts of a call centre.
The maximum number of delgates is eight per session.
