Nortel Meridian 1 End User training (digital telephone) - course content (learning outcomes)
This training course will provide the delegate with the knowledge to use all the features associated with the Handset.
On successful completion of this course the participant will be able to:
- make, transfer and release calls
- use features on the handset, including speed dial, call forward, call pickup and autodial
- log in to mail queue
- record mail greetings
- manage mail messages
- use express messaging
Course content:
- handset - making outgoing calls, transfer calls and release calls, how to use conference, call pickup, call forward, hold redial, hands free and autodial features
- mail - how to amend passwords and greetings, how to create, send, forward and play messages, express messaging
The course duration is half-day or one day depending on delegate numbers.
For half-day course, two sessions with a maximum of ten delegates per session. For one day course, four sessions with a maximum of ten delegates per session.
