Nortel Symposium Express Event - course content (learning outcomes)
This event will give supervisors/administrators of the Symposium Express call centre the skills required to manage the day to day adjustments of the Contact Centre. The course covers versions up to Version 4.2.
On successful completion of this training the participant will be able to:
- use wizard buttons to configure Symposium Express
- use wizard buttons to set up call flow
- create and manage real-time displays to include Graphical Real-Time Display (GRTD)
- define Standard reports within the client and schedule them
