Mitel SX-2000 System Administration 1
This training can be taken as a 1 day Basic Administrator, or 2 day Expert Administrator course.
During the Mitel SX-2000 System Administration course, you will learn (depending on the course taken):
- how to access the SX2000 via the Maintenance Terminal
- about the Tracker and the Active/inactive planes
- programming the common user forms, including Telephone Directory, Hunt Groups, Pick up Groups, System Speed calls
- how to use the Change Attributes form
- Multiline set programming for Manager/Secretary
- adding new extensions.
Duration: This course can be taken as a 1 day Basic Administrator or 2 day Expert Administrator.
