Mitel SX-2000 Automatic Call Distribution II (ACD II):
The ACD II option on SX2000 or MN3300 systems enables calls to be delivered to paths, where the calls are then queued,waiting to be answered by agents.

The two-day ACD II course provides you with the system administration skills to set up paths, agents, and agent groups. Key concepts such as call paths, agent groups and agent assigning are explained and reinforced through hands-on assignments. You will learn ACD II path concepts and programming.
Course topics include:
- creating Agent ID's
- Agent Group features and programming
- Agent set types and programming
Manager set programming
- creating Threshold Alert keys
- Path theory and programming
- RAD programming
