The Mitel 6160 Intelligent Queue platform enables efficient routing of inbound callers using sophisticated messaging and routing options to the most appropriate contact centre agents. In-queue messages inform callers of their queue position and provide alternative options to avoid callers holding.

Mitel 6160 Intelligent Queue Administration - course content (learning outcomes)


On completion of the Mitel 6160 Intelligent Queue Administration course (depending on the level of course taken and purchased options) you will be able to use a web browser interface on your LAN to:
  • record and upload messages to the server
  • create Message Plans to suit all messaging requirements
  • build Call Flows
  • build Routing Plans based on Time of Day/ Day of Week and exceptions
  • build Routing Plans based on CLI (Calling Line Identity)
Duration: This training can be taken as a 1 day Basic Administrator or 2 day Expert Administrator course.
